Came in to be seen for my 1st time visit with Scripps as a new patient in Urgent Care. The front desk to the MA and NP were very nice , fast and professional!! Had a great experience compared to other medical facilities. The clinic was very nice n clean!! 👌
The woman at the health express check in desk at this location is not helpful. She wanted to process me as an uninsured person when my insurance was clearly on my account. The Oceanside location was able to verify my insurance was on my account with no issues.
Checked online and liked that it had wait time listed. Only 12 min wait. When he got there they took him in 5 minutes. Exam was very thorough and meds were called in for ear infection, uri and conjunctivitis. So nice to be able to get great care without having to wait for a dr appt! Overall very happy with our experience!!!!
Horrible experience here. Guy and the check-in window was a total douche. Came here to have my son’s earache checked out, and the guy was blaming me for their end of Scripps’ mismanagement of our health care documents. Piss poor attitude the whole time. Glad I don’t have Scripps medical with this experience, as my son is on my Wife’s plan.
I would give it a zero star. Absolutely bad experience, please don't go visit health express if you have other choices. My daughter has been with primary doctor at Scripps for years. When we visited the health express, she was billed as new patient and significantly overcharged! We paid the bill without looking into details of the code they misused.
