I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. I was billed $300 for what was claimed to be a “30+ minute new patient visit,” but my actual time with the doctor was well under 15 minutes. There was no physical exam, no detailed discussion—just a quick check of vitals and a few lab orders. When I questioned the charge, the explanation I got was that the doctor had spent additional time on my case after I left. We've been coming here for years and have always had 5-star treatment. The staff and doctors are so friendly and we've always been seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend!
Nurses and doctors are super friendly. My husband, our baby and myself all get seen with different doctors. We have 0 complaints and definitely recommend
Hours are not as posted. Came 20 minutes before closing with my 5 year old and there was one person in the waiting room. The rude front desk attendant would not let us be seen because they were closing in 20 minutes and only had time to see the person in the waiting room before 5. If the clinic wants to shut down at 5, then close at 4.
