It’s gotten a lot busier since I started going here, but they added a feature to get in line “virtually “ when you’re on the way, but even so, the wait hasn’t been too long. The techs are pretty good, usually don’t even leave a bruise, but it helps if you don’t arrive dehydrated. Staff are pleasant. Parking is never an issue. I’m not sure what more you can want.
Scripps is actively engaging in fraud. They sent my wife a bill for 2800 dollars that they did not send to our insurance. Upon calling Tricare, they told me that they had no claim numbers or any record of treatment based in the information scripps gave me. Tricare told me to hang up immediately and gave me the number to a fraud prevention team. Called them and filed the report. Then called scripps and filed a fraud claim through them. Great Doctor office
I have had the best experiences here. The NPs and doctors have gone above and beyond to take time out of their day to sit with me in appointments and explain things clearly and answer all my questions. The nurses are kind and bubbly and empathetic. Very client centered. Today I had a blood draw after a physical exam and I fainted, it was terrifying and it’s never happened to me before. This place is amazing 😊 the nurses and the doctors . Everyone here is so plesant and kind . They all take the time to answer your questions and to help your needs . It is my husband and I first time here with our first born son and the staff here has been exquisite to him and us 💞🙏🏾. Scripps pediatricians are hands down the best in our experience.
