I had a wonderful experience with my new dermatologist, Dr. Shadi Khalil, today. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the appointment, which I truly appreciated. Nurse Tara was amazing as well! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel smooth and welcoming. I’m so grateful for such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!
This Scripps location is fantastic. Super convenient location, there's enough FREE parking, great staff, and Dr. Bloir is an awesome doctor. So is his team. I love coming to this location and I am very grateful for the total amount of services offered in that building as well!
Avoid this place like the plague. They will not help you. Their excuse is we don't have the equipment to treat you properly and send you somewhere else. Yet they charge you and your insurance for like they did something. It is not a urgent care facility.
My second time here . I love this location. The staff here is really fast and convenient. Super friendly and supportive and understanding. Usually I get nervous with nurses/doctors. Especially when it comes to blood work and drawing blood etc. I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel respected and cared for. Oh and it's very organized and cleaned of course which is nice. Thank you for all you do and caring for others ! We do appreciate it.
I had a appointment (after two months) with Dr Jeffrey Zeitung, when I arrived to to appointment, they told me the Dr Zeitung had a conference and he wouldn’t be able to see me and they would reschedule my appointment, today (3 days after) when I tried to confirm my appointment, there was no appointment, I called and explained my situation to front desk person, and the lady put me on hold for 15 mins without explaining anything, this is the worse customer service I ever had from a health provider!
