I like my doctor and the facility. But the state of healthcare in this country is disgusting. We obviously have the technology to let people know based on their insurance they have what an estimated out of pocket cost is for something, but they don't want to let you know that. So you email the customer support they tell you to call the billing department. You call the billing department they don't even know what services are offered. In the end you have to buy the service without getting any kind of estimate. It's disgusting... read more
