We began working with ScribeAlign two months ago, needing to keep up with the complexities of insurance billing, and simply not having the hours to get it all done. I am so happy with Scribe Align! Assisted with migration to my current EHR. The billing department straightened enrollments and EDI agreements (I brought them a nightmare). I wish I used them for credentialling. They are currently setting EFTs for direct deposit. The virtue assistant services are great and I look forward to working with the marketing team.
