Very unhappy how the company was advertised. I was also advised over the phone that we can get rebates from Medicare however this was not the case. Therapists are all provisional therefore they don’t have provider numbers. Their reception is always unattended and their appointment reminders have very small window to change it. I wouldn’t recommend it to parents who are struggling to find child psychiatrists in the Western Suburbs. They were not very helpful.
Scribble is nothing more than an NDIS Rort A small shopfront that is segmented into around 12 small offices - no natural light or air. The therapists are often junior or newly qualified and typically don’t offer a great deal of help to families and children struggling with various conditions. The administrative staff may as well be AI If you or your children need genuine assistance, choose another provider. I found where all the money is going!
Scribble children the best. I am very lucky to have Freddie as an OT for my boy .. I highly recommend scribble children, Caroline Springs.
We have had, and continue to have an amazing and supportive relationship with Hannah and Jess and the rest of the team at Scribble. Scribble provides a kind and welcoming environment for our son. We appreciate every session!
The Scribble team are amazing . They support my son alot he’s is improving and can’t thank enough to Scribble teams and Speed Therapy and OT .The staff are beautiful and adorable Highly Recommended.
