I’ve had an amazing experience at Screw City CrossFit! If you’re new to CrossFit or looking to start your fitness journey, this is definitely the place to be. It’s a completely judgment-free environment where everyone, no matter their fitness level, feels included and supported. Amazing experience at Screw City CF. Allen the owner and coach we had was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The gym was clean and the members were also friendly and welcoming. We will be back the next time we are in Rockford
Well outfitted CrossFit gym, poorly owned and operated. There are better options in the area for your CrossFit needs. Review could be much more in depth but wouldn’t want to get kicked out again for having an opinion. 🤷🏻♂️ #community
