Amazing experience at Screw City CF. Allen the owner and coach we had was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The gym was clean and the members were also friendly and welcoming. We will be back the next time we are in Rockford
Well outfitted CrossFit gym, poorly owned and operated. There are better options in the area for your CrossFit needs. Review could be much more in depth but wouldn’t want to get kicked out again for having an opinion. 🤷🏻♂️ #community
To be honest, I can't afford the membership. I loved the work out and the people. I am still working out at home. Thanks
