I've been coming to this box for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s an amazing place. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, the classes are super engaging, and the coaches are incredibly attentive, they take the time to guide you and ensure your movements are on point. This is a great gym. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They truely want you to succeed and have fun. The members are very welcoming and supportive. This is great place to start or continue your CrossFit journey.
