When the screens were being installed, I was told there was no way my house cat was going to claw through the mesh screens. Less than five days later my cat clawed through the mesh screen patio door that I just paid $125. I called the office and the woman told me they could rescreen it for the full price. When I told her I was not satisfied she told me she didn't know what to tell me because she hasn't seen my cat (?).
