I had him come to my house and quote me on a vanishing screen for my sliding door on september 6th. He said it would require replacing the frame as well as the screen and he quoted me $646.00 for parts and labor. He said he would need payment in advance and it would take 6 weeks for the parts to arrive. Since I saw all these supposedly "wonderful" reviews about his company I figured he would be trustworthy but I... read more

First and foremost, I do want to say both Representatives that came to install the screen door were extremely nice and polite. The reason for writing this review is to share my experiences with the quality of work and lack of communication and follow up with the Representative. When the screen door was initially installed, I took a glance at the door and everything looked fine. But after taking a closer look, there were scratches, areas in the corners of the screen that were not connected and large spaces where the rubber an... read more
