If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would. Do they still exist? Have no idea. Had my enclosure re-screened and new doors installed 3 years ago. Called the following year because I wanted a cleaning and repair done on the screen door. Got a message that said they are "too busy" with new installs to take new customers. If you are a former customer, leave a message. I left 8 messages; they never called back. Now the phone number is "not in service," there's no response to emails but the web site is still up.
