We were super-impressed with the outcome! We called because the sliding screens in our new home never slid well, became stuck, fell out, and the window company came multiple times to adjust them but we couldn't make them work. And they were extremely lightweight. They were not straight and even when closed at the top, there was a gap at the bottom. We contacted Screenmobile. Didn't respond to web request. Emailed the franchise Corp. They told him. It seems like a great business but Steve has no business sense at all. He either wonders why he never succeeds at what he does or doesn't give a darn. My guess is the latter. Anyone who gets a call from this guy is rare.
