Gave deposit for installation of vinyl screens and have been rescheduled a total of 3 times with us having to rearrange our personal schedule to accommodate the techs to do the install! You already have to wait weeks for the screens to be made and with these rescheduling issues it takes longer to get done!

I always love to give reviews for great service. This one however....2 appointments, both now shows with no phone call. When I mentioned using this company to contractor friends, their response was "be sure to let me know if he actually shows up".

I needed two screens replaced and this company did a great job. The crew was efficient and professional and completed the job quickly. The owner was always very quick to answer my emails.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have been waiting 3 weeks to be seen to have 3 screens replaced.....had an appointment scheduled June 21st, reached out to get the timeframe of when to expect them (morning afternoon etc) and they gave our appointment away and won't see us til July 15th. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Super frustrating. Unprofessional. Non responsive. They don't answer the phone I've literally been calling all morning trying to get ahold of someone to get answers and nothing.

I was hopeful upon calling this company for screen replacements. Jim answered promptly, told me about how he worked, and said he was quite busy and that it would be a week or two before he could come out. I said that was fine, so he said he would check his schedule and call back with an appointment time. Four weeks later, having received no call, I called him back.
