Called them three times over the last 10 days and left detailed messages with my cell phone number. I even asked them the last time to at least call and let me know if they could not take the job and never got a call back.
I had called a # of different companies and looked at a DIY option thinking that our project would be easy to handle. It turned out being more complicated that I had originally thought with non standard window sizes. Jim was responsive, easy to communicate with, gave us a free quote and got our work done in a day. We just bought a house and some windows did not have screens and I love to have the windows open when I can. We had 7 new frames & screens made and 1 window re-screened & a screen door re-screened.
