After years of doing business with this company and up until this point only being a paying client. We needed after the sale customer service from them for the first time and that's where service went out the window (pun intended). Screenmobile replaced my 20 year old door. They replaced the screen about 5 years ago and with 2 dogs clawing at it- it still was solid. Great service on time neat and Sean is a great guy to deal with.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of having ScreenMobile of Tucson come to our home to repair a large (59”X59”) screen on site. Jesse, the technician, was personable, neat, and efficient. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and will definitely contact ScreenMobile in the future as additional needs arise.
Great communication from start to finish. I was able to set up everything via email. The screens were built on site and look great. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am already getting more screens done and have recommended them to friends. This is a well-run company doing good work.
