We had an A+ EXCELLENT experience. Matt D. could not have been more attentive with phone calls, prompt in service and he had the lowest price with 4 bids. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and this company to everyone. ( It is truly unusual to have things go promptly without a hitch at the best price, and this truly happened to us! )
I would give them zero stars if I could. When they called to do installation I informed "Leon" there was a bit of a mixup and this one my fault. After apologizing his response was "you sure do sound like you don't know what the f*** your doing" and hung up. Upon calling him back to tell him how unprofessional that was he continued to tell me how stupid I am. What kind of customer service is this? DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE ALL ABOUT MAKING A DOLLAR AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SEVICE
