The ladies here are very kind and respectful. The service was quick. The place was very nice, clean, and decorated with flowers and pictures of flowers and such. I do not care for their pancake machine, but it is what it is. Every three years or so, I must confront my fear of this pancake machine. I need to twist and turn and contort myself to fit into it and then hold my breath for a few seconds while a picture is taken. It goes by quickly, and the folks are respectful. The staff at the front desk were very rude. The ladies that did the mammogram were very polite and helpful.

I was there today for a mammogram and biopsy. The 2 technicians and 2 radiologists were so informative and kind. I can't say enough good about how I was treated.

Ladies (and men) - do not leave your purse near the door of the room in which you have your breast examination. The technician will suggest you leave it on a table beside the door but instead of doing this, take it with you and place it where you can see it.

The intake staff's style and ability to communicate effectively left a negative first impression. She lacked the ability to ask precise questions, then grew impatient with the answers she received. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but it leaves one with the impression the office is impatient, cold and uneducated and poorly managed I was also surprised she was not able to answer the simple yet important question, " does your clinic provide thyroid 'collars' ".
