I was there for a cracked screen and Jonathan provide me with outstanding customer service. He stated from the beginning how much was going to be to replaced iphone screen and i agreed, after two hours i came back to pick my phone and he did not replaced my cracked screen only but also cleaned my charging port that it was not working anymore and include a glass screen protector. Very skilled and friendly tech. Highly recommended. This is the place to go, give them a chance, you wont regret it!
I came in to get my phone fixed around 10am and was greeted by the kindest person, Jonathan. He had my screen fixed in less than an hour. I got to relax on their comfy couch, attend a meeting, and enjoy some great music they were playing. Fast forward to 5pm, and I cracked my phone again and it felt like the unluckiest moment, and total chaos.
