WASTE OF MONEY & TIME. Rick is a manipulative liar who will lead you onto a deal, drag you along for weeks/months, and is so inconsistent with normal, ethical business practices. In my case, we spoke for 2-3 months with a verbally agreed upon deal until the time came to close it.
