Our party: we reserved our Suite as a party of (6) for my husband’s birthday. (Surprise dinner) Customer Service: I booked our Suite 2 weeks in advance. The staff was wonderful returning all my texts with questions. (There was a lot lol). The responses were quick and polite. Atmosphere: When we arrived, the suite was set up perfectly. We are absolutely in LOVE with the Screen Suites area at Alexander Pierce!! What an amazing idea. Chelsea went out of her way to set up a table and trays on the chairs so we could watch our movie in the reclining seats and eat at the same time. All the food was fantastic, and the theater area was so innovative and clean. We had one of the best nights we've had in a long time. We will definitely be back <3
I had a wonderful experience at Screen Suites! It’s such a unique experience and our server Rachel was amazing & attentive! Definitely recommend for a different kind of movie night out!
Last night my boyfriend and I got engaged at screen suites. The service was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better experience. Our server Brittany was attentive but not overwhelming, friendly, and had so many great recommendations. I could not think of a better night. Thank you so much!
