Our patented drain gets installed in your aluminum base channel and sits at floor level which now allows that excess water to escape and doesn't sit on your concrete for hours or sometimes even days before it finally drains out.

Had Timm and Deena out to Solivita to install 4 of their drains in my lanai. They installed them on Wednesday and I waited for the next heavy rain which happened on Saturday. The drains do work and my lanai is bone dry. No puddles. Great product.
