We had several contractors come out and try to fix one of our exterior motorized sun shades. None of them could properly diagnose or repair it. Fred with TSM knew exactly how to fix it and worked with the MFG to get parts covered under warranty and repair the shade at a reasonable cost to us. Highly recommend TSM!
The owners of this business are wonderful. Not only do they know their stuff, but, they go the extra mile to ensure the customer's satisfaction. I would give them SIX STARS if that were an option.
The old lady working there is very rude. There's also nowhere to park in the area. I definitely won't be using them 👎
Excellent ,,,how rare to talk to a craftsman so diverse ,helpful and honest, I'll be doing lots of business there.
These guys are super smart, total craftspeople, experts in their field, locally owned and operated, and very reasonable. I've called on them many times and always get great service. They can do small and large jobs, from simple to very complex. From static work to electronically moving pieces. I cannot recommend them enough.
