RecommendedWas having a problem with a new to me phone today. Screen Geeks took care of it and did not charge us. These folks are great.
I went in to see if they could put a new battery in my phone. They had one in stock and it only took them about 15 minutes to put it in. We also got new screen savers and hubby got a new case for his phone! Thanks Screen Geeks!

I’ve had good and bad experiences. First I brought in an iPhone 5se to get a screen replacement. Afterwards my microphone would not work on speaker and my phone would overheat bad, I took it back several times to be told that there wasn’t anything they could do. The next time I bought an iPhone 5se! They gave me a good deal and a good phone! No issues with the second experience. They were very kind and professional!

This business is unprofessional and the rudest customer service I have every gotten. Their price is overrated for such cheap products and "labor" that is a terrible job with itself.
t took the supplier a bit of time to get them the screen for my Blackberry Z10, not Screen Geeks fault. When the part DID come in and I took them my phone, it took less than 2 hours for them to replace it and it works FLAWLESSLY!!! Very reasonable pricing, as well! Thank you, SG!!!
