We had Colonial do a Lanai extention with an enclosedl celing as well as a patio extention. The quality of service from placing the order, to construction, and finale instalation was exceptional. Workmanship was outstanding. Would highly recomend them to anyone looking for this type of work.
Franky at Colonial made the whole process simple. He helped us design our Lenai extension, talked us through all the options, and handled all the HOA and St John's County paperwork for us. The end result looks amazing. I would highly recommend Colonial.
