Screen builders installed a fence in 1998. The inspection never closed out at the City of Miramar . I am selling my house and in the title search the inspections is pending. Went to the city and they made me flip the doors to today's code. I had to pay $75.00. Now the city says the latches are wrong. Asked Screen builders for help and Patrick says I have to pay 75.00 each for my three doors. He is losing money he says. What does that have to do with me?
