Approved bid and spec. I drafted a contract and owner refused to sign because of payment terms. He wanted 50% up front,40% upon delivery of materials and balance after install. Sounded like trouble. I decided to pass. They were inflexible. Never heard of these crazy terms.
They installed our screen patio 20 years ago. Screen Builders did a fantastic job.
We needed a screen construction reinforced, painted re-screened and few more things done. Attempted (many times) to give them my business. For over a month no one showed up to even give us an estimate. Spoke with people there number of times, job pictures shared etc. Every time we spoke I got a promise they will come and take a look...
