Went in for a tattoo inquiry with my girlfriend and we stood there for a good 10 minutes with not even greeting or anyone to even look at us the man behind the counter, got up several times to walk to the back and come back to the front just to not say anything to us as well. We ended up going to the location on Lake Michigan Drive and got much better service and was able to meet the owner Mike and he gave me and my girlfriend free piercings so that made the experience better but if you want good service, I would not recomme... read more

First of all the first time I walked in here you could smell the cleanest of the studio. Eric not only drew my idea out and then very strategically placed it where I wanted. He did an awesome job. I’ll go back have the color added. I recommend this studio and everyone who works there. But Eric did an awesome job but was also fun and interesting too!

I HATE to give bad reviews but Kevin gave me an eyebrow piercing despite me clearly not having the correct anatomy for an eyebrow piercing to heal. I did my research, but I still trusted that my local piercer would know enough to speak up and refuse service if I looked like it would reject. He said nothing and went along with the piercing.
