Service: Ceramic Extreme with “Extreme Dry” and Graphene add on. Left my car more dirty than it was before. The amount of streaks and water marks is INSANE. Absolutely zero complimentary towels to use, and the “Pay $2 for 1 single towel” vending machine was out of service. Now I’m going to have to go through a different car wash just to clean up Screaming Eagle’s mess.
Went to the Madison Street location in Clarksville on 4-5-26. I got The $20 Extreme Dry was with $5 Ceramaxx. The attendant started the chosen wash & walked back in the building; no pre-spray, no brushing the grill/windshield. One of the cloth bars used to scrub inside the wash lane wasn't working; the bands just hung still & dragged over the top of the car. Great customer service, polite, friendly, and helpful. The carwash definitely gets the car clean, with free vacuums with great suction. I don't do a monthly subscription but they offer discounted carwashes when you pay for a wash, which is a few bucks off. The staff do not prespray your vehicle, but there should be a buck with a sprayer for you to use. It's before the pay gate thing.
I've had to start using this location because of the Warfield location being closed currently. Today would've only been my 4th visit. 1st and 2nd visit no issues. 3rd visit a couple days ago. Vacuuming my car out and the vacuums get turned off at 715 as I'm halfway done🙄 I get there this morning and it's coned off.
