Must have been bought out. Their product is trash, customer service is horrendous, they don't spray your car down prior to the was. Attendants are on their phone and rude. This place will fail now that all the other customer service forward car washes are in Sango. This one deserves to be in Oak Grove.
This place has the WORST customer service. No one is happy to be there or to help. The girl who is suppose to be directing me in the tire lane, never even told me where to go so my tires got off the track, never told me when to stop or anything of that nature. My car was not cleaned properly. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. Awful car wash and awful staff. Do better.
Alexis at the Madison sr wash was wonderful absolutely a 5 star employee
Alexis is awesome!! She makes having to stop at the car wash nicer. Car wash is affordable and easy in and out!!
