I recently had a minor scratch repaired at a reasonable price. This was after We Buy Any Car .com suggested it would cost over £800 and reduced the offer price for my vehicle accordingly. I would definitely recommend Scratchmaster. I would also recommend Zac - good bloke !
I sent a query to obtain a quote for an alloy/paint chip repair, and I received a very polite and honest response from Zac. I didn't end up engaging their service as they don't offer alloy repairs, but Zac's honesty means I will 100% come back to this garage in the future. This type of customer service is rare nowadays and should be celebrated. 10/10.
I've used Scratchmaster twice for different sized repairs. The first time was a proper job on a bonnet stone chip gone bad. The second time I caught the chip early but it was in an awkward place and they were honest about the size of the job and likely cost and came up with compromise to stop the chip getting worse. More than happy with their advice and the standard of the repair on both occasions.
