I really appreciate how much Scratch Wizard took special care of me from the first interaction. I have a Tesla Model S, and any repair is difficult with Tesla and the app. I felt trapped not being able to talk to a human being to ask questions. Not the case here, Scratch Wizard answered on the first ring, and explained how the process works and we exchanged photos.
