My wife booked this truck for an event at our kids elementary school. We secured the reservation and filled out all of the paperwork. They never showed up to the event. When we attempted to call, they refused to answer the phone and wouldn't respond to text messages either. Later Alex sent my wife a message stating that she was sick.
