RecommendedI needed hail repair and I thought my car was done for good. Fortunately I met Brian at Scratch Master. He helped me get my Subaru back to new. It looks fantastic! A total scam! They told me it would cost me my deductible and it cost me almost $600 more then hands me a check for $4800 and says here keep it then finds out it doesn’t cash!
I got hit on the 4th of July. I wanted to try paintless dent repair and found Scratch. Great customer service, fast and very honest about their capabilities. Totally recommend the whole team.
Brian and his crew are awesome! They do a wonderful job
when I picked my car up they failed to tell me they had blown fuses in my car, my entire audio system did not work (had to have replaced at dealer)the antenna was messed up in the headliner..my windshield wiper (spray system) didn’t work and I ended up having to buy a new battery. My vehicle had hail damage that was the only thing repaired right. On a 2017 vehicle!!

Denise, as we have conveyed many times, we are truly sorry for your inconvenience. As for the problem cited above: We stand by our work! This issue was minor and was resolved quickly. The audio system did not need to be nor was it replaced. The wiring connection to the antennae was not 100% connected (which caused the blown fuse and audio system not to function properly). Brian is super honest and up-front about his ability to do (or not do) a particular job, and what it will cost to hire him. I would trust him with any vehicle and any repair he feels confident with (and if he is not comfortable with a particular repair, he will say so to avoid wasting time or potential unmet expectations, like he did in my situation). Give Brian a shot with your scratch or dent situation!

Hi Dustin, True! My service is more like physical therapy and a body shop is more like surgery. I only take on scratches and dents that do not require repainting entire panels at a conventional body shop (a last resort). We will always need conventional body shops for that. Rather than repainting entire panels to fix scratches and dents, I specialize in keeping the repair area extremely small. Brian is amazing. He did a great job on my GX 460 repairing scratches and dents and my own feeble attempts at using touch up paint. Only someone with a trained eye would see any remaining imperfections. Brain's customer service was top notch. He came to me. He also took time to go over the car an explain his approach and pricing. I wish every service provider I deal with islike Brian.
