Don't Know What Everyone Else Was Looking At... My wife and I bought 4 appliances at the store (whirlpool duet Wash/dryer, Kenmore Elite Fridge, and a Kenmore Elite DIshwasher) and are 100% satisfied. The fridge had a scratch on the side (which we face against a wall), the washer and dryer had minor scuffs (but they are in the garage anyways) and the dishwasher is right out of the box. This place rocks! We went to the store to get a good deal on stainless steel mid-range appliances for our new kitchen. Samia was our salesperson and she quickly helped us put together a suite of stainless KitchenAid appliances including: Counter-Depth Fridge, Built-in Microwave, Cooktop and 30" Wall oven. The retail price on all of this was over $8000, with her help we were able to get all of it for just over half price. In all we saved about $3500! Going there next time Went into the store over the weekend with a budget and walked out well under my buget even after delivery! They brought down the price a little so i could get the better washer dryer set Super happy definately be back

Not worth trying I went to this place in search of used appliances and found that they keep very used appliances. Most of them had completed their life and even their prices were marked upto half the price of new one. Sales persons were not willing to show their stuff properly, probably were looking for customer who could buy their stuff without looking at things. I would not recommend anyone to even give a try to find some useful stuff there.
