Of you're going to advertise while driving your catering van, you'll continue to loose customers when you text and drive and swerve into people's lanes scaring them half to death. Cutting lanes. l went to a seminar that was catered by Scratch Catering. I was able to have the opportunity to try two of the several sandwiches that were available at the event, and I have to say they both were the best tasting sandwiches I have had in a long time. Highly recommend this business for your next event.
Catered meal for Thanksgiving. Turkey has a weird taste probably from being in the tray. Stuffing and mac were mush. At least the mac tasted good, but they rationed it. It was the small amount, a bit or two. I ended up eating a roll, 2 bites of mac, one the dessert. It was pretty pitiful.
