Lousy BBQ However,If you cover it in sauce it's passable, very dry & over cooked. Selling a brand and venue, not a good product. Staff was all good and open to constructive feedback.
Scratch recently catered our wedding and the food was absolutely delicious!! All the food was HOT and fresh from the first table to the final table! It was all amazing! We got so many compliments! The SCRATCH staff that came was absolutely incredible and so kind! the only thing I will say, is that their communication prior is on the poor side! This is our second time at Scratch. Both times the food has been excellent. We split the Lil MaMa platter and everything is good. The mashed potatoes are savory and delicious, cornbread has a sweet bottom layer and all the meat has been tender and delicious. I recommend giving Scratch BBQ a try, you’ll want to come back!
