Food is good but extremely limited. No breakfast sandwiches at 10 AM, out of almost all bagels. Demand far exceeding supply, crowded and in my opinion overrated as a result
The shortbread cookies are amazing! Update: tried a bagel and it was amazing! They are fluffy and airy and crispy all at the same time. Have never had a bagel like that before! Update: finally tried the pizza. It is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. One slice is super filling.

No Improve in their bagel planning abilities. Many times they are out of product early. That said their everything bagels are very good. Perfect crunch, chewiness and flavor. The parking is terrible. The staff is awesome. Hoping someday they will offer a tofu spread. Will be back for sure.
