I was broken down 650 miles from home, (I had already driven 1000 miles the day before) and they went above and beyond to try and help me. They found the only available part for my truck in the entire metro Denver area (and spent countless hours doing it!). All of this on Mother’s Day weekend! I can’t thank them enough for the effort and work they put in helping me. Wonderful people! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!! 5 stars isn’t enough!
STAY AWAY!!!UNSCRUPULOUS ROBBERS and SCAMMERS. Don't trust good reviews; they are all similar, probably from their friends and family. First, they send you a work order to sign. Then comes the "mechanic" who spends a couple of minutes "checking" the problem and says that you "might" need parts that they don't have, so they can't repair it today. AND they DEMAND a PAYMENT of $300+ (double that, if after 7 PM). They threatened to call the police and towingif we did not pay them. They also charged a $10 shop feejust for looking... read more
This place is great, Ashley is super responsive and transparent. You can tell this business is run in a modern way with constant updates, texting notifications on when mechanic will arrive and digital receipts. They fixed something simple with a fair price and will use them if we ever have an issue in the area. Highly Recommended!!
Careless thieves, save money and the hassle, do your self a favor and call anybody else, those good reviews they got must be from friends and family. Shameless, heartless.
