I've heard of this place before but never had a chance to try it. It was suggested that I try the salmon hoagie. Now usually something like a salmon hoagie is not the first thing you order when vetting a new restaurant. I would usually go with the fried fish or chicken - something easy. Over the past year, this food truck has stood out to me the most. Whether it’s the wonderful energy, the heavenly smell coming from the truck, or the food itself, it is always a great experience. They serve some of, if not the best, soul food I’ve had in the state of Delaware. Very salty. I got the stuff Salmon ewwww. The stuffing was runny and very salty. I couldnt eat it. My yams were hard. I spend 40.00 to throw my plate in the nearest trash can.i was confused on how a cook makes food and doesn't taste it. But ill never eat from that truck again.
