If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend used to live here, and I visited often, but our final experience at this condo was a complete nightmare. The management/staff here specifically Ismail and Merilita are hands down the worst, most hostile human beings I have ever Encountered. And I say that as someone who has traveled all over the world. Worst building experience I’ve ever had in Canada. I would not recommend anyone to live here or even waste their time coming to see it. The apartment itself is spacious and nice, but the management is terrible. They have no understanding, no flexibility, and no compassion. My car was registered under my sister’s name, and they refused to allow me to park in the garage even for one day because the vehicle was not under my name. I would advise against purchasing a condo in this building. Sellers do not share the apartment rules prior to purchase, which can lead to unexpected restrictions. Based on in-person conversations with current residents, the condo management enforces strict policies. For example, residents are reportedly limited to one overnight guest per month.
