The guy in the office is not so friendly, he always seems grumpy, the guy in the back who gets the copper and assorted items, seems to be personable I finally got their driveway entry fixed geez Louise I just go there to turn in my copper. They seem to have the best prices I can find without traveling too far.
Thanks for the help! You guys were great to work with, and made the whole process very fast and easy.
The problem here is not the payout, it is the customer service. The guy behind the counter ( Nick) was beyond rude and difficult to work with. I’ve never seen a grown man in tears over a minor inconvenience, with absolutely no communication skills to help him cope. It seems he has built up a reputation already. I will certainly not be back and I’ll be sure to steer fellow tradesmen away.
Great guys here! All very helpful and easy to work with. Nick makes visiting entertaining every time we come in. Customer service is always exceptional and the guys unloading are fantastic at their jobs.
These guys are legit yo. No bull. And the check u get is cashed literally at bank next door! Boom!! Done.
