This was my first time going and employees gave clear instructions, helped move heavy carts, and overall were very efficient. I was in and out in 10 min. I’ll be back if I have more scrap.
They steal, plain and simple. I got a bad feeling after not weighing my scrap wire in advance so I decided to weigh at home. They took 44lbs off the MC I brought, and even 4lbs off the bright copper. Basically kept 25% for themselves. Guys, if you're not making enough just give worse exchange rates but be honest about weight.
