Telephoned Scrap Cars Hull today, Karl took my details and came to collect the car. He paid me what he quoted and put the car on his transporter. He also completed the DVLA transfer on line for me. The whole process from me picking up the phone to Karl driving away, with my old car, took only one and a half hours. He is a perfect gentleman, if only every company performed their transaction this way. Many thanks Karl.
