Worst customer service. Cannot get a rep for our territory to call us or email us to place an order. (How do y'all stay in business like this?!) Lady I spoke with on the phone says only "Matt Wilhelm" can assist us. This has been going on for weeks. 😠 Our contractor even reached out previously and never heard back. Nice website! Awful reps.
customer service and rep are terrible . no one returns calls or responds to email. when you do get someone on the phone they have no answers . how do you work for a company and have no clue how long it takes to fix a mistake you made on someones order.
