La chica pelirroja de la recepción es muy apática, soy una persona que no habla inglés, cuando llegué traté de comunicarme con ella en español ya que sé que habla español a lo que nunca me respondió de la misma manera, siempre me habló en inglés incluso viendo que no sé el idioma y que le hablé en español, no te mira a la cara cuando habla y te trata con indiferencia. Puedo decir que se comporta como una clasista o racista. Después de ella, todo el personal es muy amable.
The entire staff is amazing! Natalie Shifler, CRNP is just perfect, asks all the necessary questions, understands and makes you feel you’re being helped. After having bad experiences in the past with other doctors, you kinda lose hope. She got me back on track. I’m very happy.

I like this office everyone's very nice and the doctors are caring and take time to listen to worries and explain everything without rushing and making a rude comment. I definitely recommend them. 🙂
