Just purchased a Sea Doo Switch Limited from these guys. Risa was great as our salesperson. We had one warranty issue on day one (torn strapping on trailering cover) but they handled it promptly. I cannot begin to explain how thrilled I am with Scranton power sports! I had a tough issue with a CF motor I had purchased from them brand new back in 2023, unfortunately that CF Moto had some long-standing issues and was inoperable most of the time no fault of Scranton power sports by any means however! Over the past month I had tried purchasing a new pursuit from 3 other dealers who all wasted my time and strung me along. After the last attempt, I decided to do one more search and found a Pursuit at Scranton Powersports. I gave them a call unaware that they closed in 10 min and Risa took the time to put some numbers together and stayed after closing to help me. Just purchased a sled from Scranton (Yes in August!) staff was great, prompt communication. Great to deal with! Now let's hope is snows soon! LOL
Scranton Power Sports crew is the best! I have had many great experiences in all departments. The parts manager Chandler is always hands on and wanting to assist. Service dept is very knowledgable and their repairs have always been spot on. They are a little distance away from me but always worth the drive. Great service is hard to come by. Glad they are there!
