Just purchased a Sea Doo Switch Limited from these guys. Risa was great as our salesperson. We had one warranty issue on day one (torn strapping on trailering cover) but they handled it promptly. EDIT: Well, they promised to handle it promptly. It is now a month later and I still do not have my Trailering Cover. I don't ever criticize anyone for when a problem happens. Shit happens to us all. I’ll drive past the 5 other Polaris dealers that are closer to buy a sled at Scranton Powersports. Their entire staff knows all of the products they sell very well unlike most. Best prices in the east doesn’t hurt either.

I cannot begin to explain how thrilled I am with Scranton power sports! I had a tough issue with a CF motor I had purchased from them brand new back in 2023, unfortunately that CF Moto had some long-standing issues and was inoperable most of the time no fault of Scranton power sports by any means however! Just purchased a sled from Scranton (Yes in August!) staff was great, prompt communication. Great to deal with! Now let's hope is snows soon! LOL

Scranton Power Sports crew is the best! I have had many great experiences in all departments. The parts manager Chandler is always hands on and wanting to assist. Service dept is very knowledgable and their repairs have always been spot on. They are a little distance away from me but always worth the drive. Great service is hard to come by. Glad they are there!
