Everything was great buying my SxS here. Response times were very quick from Emma as well as Risa. Cleaned top to bottom when I arrived. Everyone inside was also very kind and understanding when I ended up being late due to an accident on the road. Awesome team, and I will definitely keep yall in mind for future purchases!
The best Service Manager I have ever had in 50 years of riding is Chris Poggie. I bought a new/used bike that had some issues. I admit I got frustrated with what it took to figure out the issue, but Chris was always there for me. He is the face and frontman for all service-related issues, and he is incredibly easy to work with and honest. When you buy anything, everyone is great to deal with.
