I contacted Scranton Powersports about about a 2025 Skidoo and spoke with Risa. I live 6 hours away from them so I wanted to get real out the door numbers on the sled before making the drive. Just purchased a Sea Doo Switch Limited from these guys. Risa was great as our salesperson. We had one warranty issue on day one (torn strapping on trailering cover) but they handled it promptly. EDIT: Well, they promised to handle it promptly. It is now a month later and I still do not have my Trailering Cover. I don't ever criticize anyone for when a problem happens. Shit happens to us all. I recently purchased a new Polaris XCR from Scranton Powersports. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive without being pushy...they all genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable! On top of that, the deal couldn't be beat. Great prices, awesome service, and a pleasant vibe all around. I would highly recommend!
I’ll drive past the 5 other Polaris dealers that are closer to buy a sled at Scranton Powersports. Their entire staff knows all of the products they sell very well unlike most. Best prices in the east doesn’t hurt either.
