Just purchased a Sea Doo Switch Limited from these guys. Risa was great as our salesperson. We had one warranty issue on day one (torn strapping on trailering cover) but they handled it promptly. EDIT: Well, they promised to handle it promptly. It is now a month later and I still do not have my Trailering Cover. I don't ever criticize anyone for when a problem happens. Shit happens to us all. I cannot begin to explain how thrilled I am with Scranton power sports! I had a tough issue with a CF motor I had purchased from them brand new back in 2023, unfortunately that CF Moto had some long-standing issues and was inoperable most of the time no fault of Scranton power sports by any means however! Scranton Power Sports crew is the best! I have had many great experiences in all departments. The parts manager Chandler is always hands on and wanting to assist. Service dept is very knowledgable and their repairs have always been spot on. They are a little distance away from me but always worth the drive. Great service is hard to come by. Glad they are there!
Everything was great when we went to look at the 4 wheeler we got and financing was good it didn’t take all day which was nice. The only problem we had was trying to get a delivery time was ruff it took way longer then it should and really didn’t work for us but I felt like I had to take that time. The driver was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. So if you have a trailer or truck you’ll be fine going here if you need delivery maybe go elsewhere.
Trevor & Scranton Powersports were great to work with! Drove 2+ hours away and was not disappointed. Tons of inventory and Trevor made the whole thing easy from start-to-finish. Very communicative. Finance Manager was also great, very laid back approach, to which I appreciated. Highly recommend for your next motorsports purchase!
