I contacted Scranton Powersports about about a 2025 Skidoo and spoke with Risa. I live 6 hours away from them so I wanted to get real out the door numbers on the sled before making the drive. Very impressive dealership with a fantastic selection. Everyone on the sales floor from the parts guys to the finance managers were all fantastic to talk to. Great pre and post purchase experience. Constantly following up seeing how things are going and seeing if there is anything to improve on, and I can definitely say there isn't a single thing to improve on. Just purchased a Sea Doo Switch Limited from these guys. Risa was great as our salesperson. We had one warranty issue on day one (torn strapping on trailering cover) but they handled it promptly. EDIT: Well, they promised to handle it promptly. It is now a month later and I still do not have my Trailering Cover. I don't ever criticize anyone for when a problem happens. Shit happens to us all.
