Boy I called the morning about applying for housing and they never answered the phone
I have lived in housing for 3 years, going on for. My neighbors are absolutely horrendous, police are called on them constantly and for some reason nobody in the Housing Authority nor the office want to do anything to help us. Their slogan is that they want us to be safe, that it is a safe area. Nobody in this area right now has been safe, neighbors have been outside intoxicated until all hours of the night, police are constantly called, there's been an overdose outside on their porch, constant fighting and all. I called there this morning to request an application for an elderly friend. Person I spoke with should not be allowed anywhere near a phone ever or to speak with any customers. She obviously hates her job and has no desire to help anyone do anything.
