Love his professionalism
I merely tried to set up a new appointment with this Dr. I mentioned to the idiot that answered the phone, that I currently see a cardiologist in a town that is a further driving distance for me than Dr. Smith. Apparently that was too much for her to grasp. She asked ridiculous questions, which had no bearing on the conversation. If she represents this level of incompetentence, I will not change. Sorry Dr. Smith, maybe you should check on the people who are answering your phones. SMH in disbelief.
Dr. Smith is wonderful. He listens to us and always makes us feel like we are his only patients. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Great doctor visits!
Dr Smith is very thorough during my first visit to him. Dr Smith ordered tests to be done on me when in the past three years other cardiologists did not. I appreciate Dr Smith’s time he takes on me. I finally feel like a doctor is listening.
