Writing on behalf of my mom - she hired Scranton Craftsmen to install a railing on her porch and steps. She had an extremely positive experience - the team was professional, promptly came to measure, and installed the railing perfectly without delay. They did a great job!
You have such crappy drivers representing your company… I am pretty sure everyone knows if you are going 15 under the speed limit to have your hazard lights on, but apparently you can't even be a professional enough to do that. I have no problem with big trucks doing what they need to do to get their job done, but the rest of the cars, trucks and other vehicles on the road would like you to do it safely. Please, thank you.
every aspect of appraisal, product,installation, and employees who i dealt with were excellent. not one problem. the iron railings they installed are solid,and look great. i recommend them without hesitation.
They replaced an existing railing. The replacement was exactly what I wanted. Their work was excellent, very professional, efficient and clean.
