Scranton Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. Service and customer service was great. Would definitely recommend.
We just want to take a second to commend Scranton collision on their outstanding performance repairing our truck. The truck came back fixed properly,and in a timely manner .We didnt have time to clean the truck so I dropped the truck off filthy inside and out .It had saw dust all over .Upon arrival ,I notice they detailed it for us inside and out . Had work done here from an accident, insurance directed me to this shop. Ended up being one of the worst, most frustrating, and annoying experiences of my life. The shop took over 30 days to finish what were relatively minor repairs. In fact, they didn't even get my vehicle up on a rack for alignment inspection until the day (13.5 days) PA law says they have to. Repair was perfect and in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and they even went above and beyond to clean the inside of my car a little bit. Highly recommend!
