The truck was taken in at the scheduled time and the oil change and inspection were completed while I waited. The inspection was explained in detail as to what was found and that there was nothing requiring repair/replacement. An hour after the service started, I was out the door and on the road.

This is my second experience with Scranton Motors the first was in Vernon and this past was Norwich. Both experiences were delightful. It feels like the roll the red carpet out for their customers.
